The Position

The Manager of Revenue Operations role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to provide quantitative and qualitative insights to drive strategic sales & marketing discussions. Additionally, this role provides technical leadership and business-related subject matter expertise to team members and other departments. The role is responsible for evaluating and developing reliable and efficient reporting methodologies to answer senior management questions in a timely and accurate manner as well as identifying trends independently requiring additional analysis. Incumbent acts as mentor to other members of the reporting and analysis team, developing their technical capabilities. This position will play a key role in analyzing and driving our most important financial objectives, including revenue, pricing & profitability.

What You Will be Doing

  • As the Rev Ops Lead, you will report to and function as a thought partner to Finance and Sales
  • You will work cross-functionally with our data, and finance, as well as across the sales organization including, but not limited to the enterprise sales, renewal, and customer success teams
  • This role will own the calculation of commission for revenue operations, and maintain sales attainment metrics for the full enterprise/renewal sales teams
  • You will leverage data to optimize our GTM strategy and motion and scale growth efficiently
  • Actively partner with enterprise sales/renewals, channel partnerships, and customer success to drive the operational cadence, including planning and forecasting and pipeline review, and funnel optimization
  • Partner with finance to enhance our reporting framework, tracking and analyzing of the sales funnel, customer retention and growth, and other performance metrics 

What We Need from You 

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity and expertise in tech platforms and processes that support high-efficiency GTM strategies and revenue lifecycle, including Salesforce (SFDC), PowerBI, CaptivateIQ, etc.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a passion for building Experience supporting sales programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
  • You are a jack of all trades, have advanced excel skills and a passion for continuous learning
