Summary

The Position:

The Accounting Manager will perform a wide variety of accounting duties including preparing, maintaining and reconciling financial transactions and reports for corporate ledgers, assist with the monthly accounting close process, assist with operational functions and have significant interaction with cross functional teams. The position will work closely with the Controller to streamline processes, and institute best practices. This will be an exciting new role with opportunities to take on additional responsibly as the Company continues to grow.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and will build and foster relationships inside and outside the organization. This position reports to the territory manager.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assists with month-end and year-end close activities, from balance sheet/cash account reconciliations to financial statement preparation for corporate / consolidated ledgers.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial packages to submit to the US office.
  • Perform all billing and cash collection processes for the local entity.
  • Perform all accounts payable function and assist third party payroll provider for processing payroll.
  • Work directly with territory manager and assist with projects as needed.
  • Work with third party tax accountants.
  • Compile and process time-sensitive analysis during monthly close.
  • Reconcile general ledger, records, reports and journals.
  • Perform special financial analysis and research records as directed.
  • Work with other departments to assist and solve problems / issues.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting and/or audit roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew

Summary

The Position:

This position will be a customer facing position working with high-scale cybersecurity designs and managed security solutions. The Position:

OPSWAT is looking for a customer facing Solutions Architect for Professional Services that excels within high scale cybersecurity designs and managed services solutions. The Solutions Architect is responsible for architecture, design, implementation, and supportability of all solutions within the OPSWAT product portfolio. The Solutions Architect serves a critical role to further the customer success business unit at OPSWAT. The Position

The role is responsible for defining the strategy and the execution of OPSWAT events to generate quality leads for the OPSWAT sales team. What You Will Be Doing

The Position:

The Sales Enablement Role leads the strategy and execution of the OPSWAT onboarding, training, and enablement programs. This role will be responsible for leading sales enablement initiatives including sales training, sales talent management and internal functional communications. You are passionate about developing customized technical solution sets to monitor and analyze several different malware families and create products to mitigate threats including Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and zero-day attacks.

  • Conduct deep-dive technical analysis of malicious artifacts/events to identify, assess, and document cyber-attack tools, tactics, and procedures including malware defense mechanisms such as anti-reverse, anti-debug, and anti-virtual machine (anti-evasion techniques)
  • Lead efforts to develop and extract IOCs from malicious binaries, portable executables (PE), scripts, documents, and packet captures; use the resulting data to inform efforts to create detection logic

Spring 2022 Software Engineering Internship

The Position:

We are looking for current Computer Science or Computer Engineering students to join one of our software development teams in Tampa, Florida for Spring 2022 internships. If you are a current student or a student taking a gap year due to COVID and are interested in designing and building unique security software that no one else is building, then this exciting opportunity is for you.  As part of a larger team, you will be given project-oriented work helping develop professional cybersecurity solutions used to protect critical infrastructure around the world.  You will get exposure to every stage of the software development lifecycle, planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment amongst other stages.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Project oriented hands on coding assignments and professional development activities.
