The Position

This position is at our front lines, actively coordinating between Engineering, Sales, and our customers. You will assist in supporting our catalog of Cybersecurity products from troubleshooting issues for clients who have deployed our products to innovating exciting ways to help us always improve our products. Every day will have interesting new problems to solve across our entire technology stack - from hardware and software applications to managing client cases as the go-to expert. You should be excited to learn, teach, and collaborate! The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

What You Will be Doing

  • Provides software application & technical support to clients for our product catalog.
  • Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Documenting new processes and improving existing processes as they come up.
  • Communicate with internal team and supporting teams as necessary.
  • Provides SME Tier 1-2 support on OPSWAT catalog as they exist in client environments.
  • Provides occasional presales and professional service/technical support as needed.
  • Maintains case data in Salesforce and Jira.
  • Reports bugs and flaws to the development team as discovered/encountered.
  • Provides an overall SME approach to Cybersecurity Critical Infrastructure across all lanes.
  • Willing to provide and teach knowledge they have to their team. Willing to learn and grow with knowledge they may lack.
  • Possibility of travel.

What We Need from You 

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience (remotely and hands on) in overall troubleshooting of application and environment support including complex client environments.
  • Full and in-depth understanding of networking and systems including OSI model, Purdue Model, RADIUS, Active Directory, Office 365, authentication protocols.
  • Experience imaging, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and advising using GUI and CLI for firewalls, routers, switches, hubs, load balancers, servers, desktops, and SAN/NAS. Operation Technology (OT) experience is a plus.
  • Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and advising using GUI and CLI for Linux, MacOS, Windows Server, Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Docker, other), Databases (Postgres, SQL, MySQL, other), Email Systems (Exchange, G Suite, other), Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, other), Encryption methods (SSL, TLS, Bitlocker, other) Experience at a tier 2/3 support level.
  • Experience with business and homegrown application support including utilizing and understanding API’s (REST, other).
  • Experience with Cybersecurity tools and software.
  • Ability to multitask and react well under pressure in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

The Position

The Security Analyst is responsible for providing security analyst expertise as it relates to engineering, analyzing, and leveraging the ingestion of large amount of internal and customer information, events, and logs. You will ensure that a best of class security operations practice is in conformance with pre-existing and developing scopes as they relate to customers' needs and demands.  

What You Will Be Doing

  • Engineer, administer, and foster an existing SIEM.
  • Assess the posit for migration and/or evolve the incumbent platform.

What We Need From You

  • 3+ years in Security or Cybersecurity.
  • 3+ years or equivalent experience in professional or managed service delivery.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Cisco or similar networking platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of SIEM components, architecture, operations, and tuning to ensure expeditious troubleshooting, tuning, and general usage.
  • Experience with query creation and adjustments for quick and ad-hoc customer needs or demands.

The Position:

Responsibilities: 

Working with high-profile strategic enterprise customers, you will: 

  • Orchestrate overall relationship with assigned customers, which will include: growing adoption, ensuring retention, meeting business goals, and acquiring references and testimonials. 
  • Work with customers to build Customer Success Plans by establishing critical goals that aid the customer in achieving their objectives. 
  • Measure and monitor customer’s achievement of critical and key performance indicators, reporting both internally to OPSWAT Account team and externally to Customer Sponsors and Executives.
  • Establish regular cadence (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with each assigned customer, to review executive dashboards, and program status.
  • Work with the OPSWAT Account team to identify and/or develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and program manage customer concerns.
  • Assist and provide expert deployment, operational standard methodologies and contribute to establishing an OPSWAT Center of Excellence.
  • Support Professional Services with scoping and selling follow-on and new service opportunities.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate years of experience required. 
  • 5 plus years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions in Fortune 1000, mid-tier, start-up companies, or Public Sector organizations.
  • Prior experience in IT dev/ops, observability, cloud, SAAS highly desired.
  • Bring a rich history of growing customer happiness, adoption, and retention.
  • Confirmed ability to drive continuous product value.
  • Experience developing product use-cases with customers.
  • Be a strong teammate, but still a self-starter.

The Position

The Senior Technical Support Engineer manages customer issues to ensure that they are resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The Position

What We Need from You 

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience (remotely and hands on) in overall troubleshooting of application and environment support including complex client environments.
  • Full and in-depth understanding of networking and systems including OSI model, Purdue Model, RADIUS, Active Directory, Office 365, authentication protocols.
  • Experience imaging, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and advising using GUI and CLI for firewalls, routers, switches, hubs, load balancers, servers, desktops, and SAN/NAS. Operation Technology (OT) experience is a plus.

The Position

The Position

We are looking for an experienced channels operations manager to join our growing channel sales team. The Manager, Channel Operations is responsible for supporting the functions essential to channel sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, channel sales process optimization, channel sales job design, channel sales program implementation, among others.

The Challenge

OPSWAT is looking for Sr. Manager of Sales & Commercial Operations who can roll up their sleeves a drive our day-to-day Sales Operations & Commercial Operations USA, Canada, and our Worldwide OEM Sales Region. The individual should be agile and able to work directly with sales leadership and our sales reps. This role requires someone who is detail oriented and comfortable in Salesforce, MS Excel, and CaptivateIQ. We are growing rapidly and it is a very exciting time to be in the cybersecurity industry. This role requires rolling up sleeves and getting work done both strategy and day to day transaction execution. The role will report to our Vice President of Revenue Operations based in San Francisco and work with peers in Vietnam and the United States.  

Qualifications

  • Experience leading Sales Operations including quota planning, territory planning, sales compensation, sales forecasting, and SFDC reporting.
  • Experience handing day to day inbound questions around reporting, quote support, opportunity management, sales forecasting, and commission questions.
  • Experience leading Commercial Operations including pricing analysis, deal support, approvals matrix, discount thresholds, win loss analysis, deal profitability analysis.
  • Comfortable within our Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading sales forecasting every two weeks across the region on calls with the sales leaders and then aligning with worldwide revenue operations on the commit, upside, and downside
  • Working with sales leaders on quota and territory plans for sales during annual planning and for new hires.
  • Supporting in-region sales compensation and goal sheets within CaptivateIQ our commission system.
  • Handling day-to-day corporate bookings and compensation bookings updates for any opportunity splits when needed. Ensuring closed won deals are coded to standards for analytics, reporting, & sales compensation purposes across finance & go-to-market.

The Position

The SFDC Analyst will be responsible for manage OPSWAT’s Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ Application, Salesforce integrations, and 3rd party apps. In addition, they will help with reporting processes, creating in-depth data analysis for OPSWAT, maintaining its key performance indicators, creation of data warehousing, generating scalable and repeatable processes for analytics, and extracting reports within Salesforce.

What We Need From You

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data storage, security model, etc.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and advanced excel skills required.
  • Experience supporting third-party application integrations (i.e. HubSpot, OwnBackup, NetSuite).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience with Salesforce and Analytics

The Position 

The position will play an important role in assuring quality of OPSWAT cyber security technologies and products at the highest level. As a member of the team, you will be involved in every stage of the software development life cycle. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Responsible for both manual and automated test. 
  • Analyze/review product requirements. 
  • Write/review detailed test cases and perform testing based on requirements. 
  • Perform different types of testing: API testing, functional testing, integration testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing, … 
  • Utilize and improve the existing test framework to implement automated tests. 
  • Handle support escalation such as creating reproducible bug reports or help troubleshoot. 
  • Report/manage defects. 

What We Need From You 

  • Experience in software testing with a good QA mindset. 
  • Experience in testing software on different OperatingSystems (Windows, Linux...) and Browsers. 
  • Experience in writing automation using any scripting languages (bash shell, powershell, python, ...), any programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#… 
  • Familiar with working in Agile team. 
  • Good at written English communication. 

It Would Be Nice If You Have 

  • Good at verbal English communication. 
  • Familiar with JIRA, TeamCity, Git. 
  • Experience in leading a QA team. 
  • System and/or network administration skills (MCP and/or LPI certificates are welcomed). 
  • Cyber security domain experience, including file security, device security, network security etc...

  • A solid understanding of problems of scalability and experience building out performant distributed applications on cloud infrastructure.

What You Will Be Doing:

What We Need from You: 

  • Expertise in C++ programming.
  • Solid background and proven experience in Object-oriented programming and system design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling). 
  • Experience with at least one DBMS like SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc. 
  • Experience building software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Good logical and critical thinking.

The Position

We are looking for a SENIOR QA ENGINEER to join our growing software testing team. We do agile development as a team.  As a member of our team in VESZPRÉM, you will be involved in every stage of the software testing lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including planning, establishing metrics, applying best practices and processes to ensure quality goals are met
  • Ability to analyze customer escalations to find root cause and suggest proper solution
  • Meeting with the product owner to determine quality assurance parameters
  • Define processes and maintain regression test 
  • Creating and managing the testing documents
  • Influence the engineering team on unit/integration/end-to-end tests
  • Manage and optimize testing assets to facilitate maintainability

The Position:

The Area Sales Manager is a significant driver of Company revenue and growth. This position is a remote position and will be located in a major metropolitan city within the Eastern US area, preferably in the National Capital Region or near major US Federal government customers. Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of strategic account plans targeting deployments of our MetaDefender and MetaAccess Security platforms. You will leverage existing relationships and build the right relationships inside your target account (e.g. in the Department of Energy, Veterans Affairs, or the Dept of State) know how to leverage your company resources to the fullest and negotiate and close new business. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in one of the accounts as a member of a corporate sales team and a career track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas. The Position

OPSWAT is looking for a seasoned and technically strong Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in Tokyo. The Regional Sales Manager’s primary role is to expand the footprint of OPSWAT’s customer base primarily via the recruitment and close management of a value-added channel ecosystem, while, in parallel, actively participate in customer-facing actions (from prospecting to opportunity creation, advancement, and closure) alongside channel partners.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Works with the OPSWAT sales team as well as partners to drive Enterprise business  
  • Manage partner/customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in 
  • Build partner/customer’s confidence and awareness in our products/solutions 
  • Manage, deliver and present detailed responses to industry RFPs
  • Train and certify resellers and partners 
  • Present at Conferences and Seminars 
  • Support proof of concepts, implementations, and installs as needed to successfully satisfy customer requirements 

What We Need from You: 

  • 8+ years of cybersecurity or networking software sales engineering or technical sales experience 
  • Excellent track record in developing new business and explaining technology and product to customers/partners  
  • Comfortable leading discussions within the cybersecurity domain to all customer levels (CISO to IT administrator) 
  • Strong presentation and application demo skills  
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting cybersecurity or network security solutions in Windows or Linux environments 
  • A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving customer pain points
  • Passionate in cybersecurity and always keeping up to date with technology advancement
  • Experienced AWS / Azure / GCP administrator  

It Would Be Nice If You Had: 

    • Working experience with Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform or HELM charts 
    • Knowledge of Sandbox and malware analysis 
    • A technical understanding of APIs 
    • Experience with ICS environments and OT cybersecurity products 
    • Experience with Dev-Ops
