Video: Configuring Metadefender to Protect ICS and SCADA Environments
MetaDefender can be implemented as a standalone or networked kiosk to protect highly secure environments like nuclear power plants and other critical infrastructure elements, industrial control systems (ICS), and SCADA environments, from threats on portable media. Tony Berning, Product Manager for Metascan and MetaDefender, recently recorded a demo showing how to configure this type of protection.
The video tutorial walks you through the settings that can be controlled in MetaDefender's recently updated interface to optimize its protection of secure environments, including:
- logging
- system hardening
- user profiles
- guest logins
